• 30 Month Parmigiano Reggiano - A straw-coloured hard cheese with a natural yellow rind and rich, fruity flavour. It is superior, boasting a ripe yellow interior, granular texture and unbeatable flavour (Italy - cow's milk - unpasteurised)
• Moliterno with Black Truffle Pecorino -  Medium-firm and creamy, rich, earthy and salty infused with pungent truffle taste (Italy - sheep's milk - unpasterised)
• Gorgonzola - Gorgonzola is white to straw-yellow in colour with distinctive blue-green mould veining. When young, it is sweet and mild, and as it ages its flavour intensifies and becomes sharper (Italy - cow's milk - unpasterised)
• Buffalo Camembert - Buffalo Camembert is a cheese made from buffalo milk.  It has a white edible crust and a soft white heart. Excellent cheese that can be enjoyed melted (Italy - buffalo milk - unpasteurised)
