First Tier - Spenwood - Firm texture, and a delicious, distinctly fruity, and mellow flavour.- Berkshire, Sheeps' Milk, Unpasteurised
Second Tier - Stilton - hand-ladled Stilton, producing an intensely rich and creamy cheese, with a deep, lingering, complex flavour - Nottinghamshire, Cows' Milk, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
Third Tier - Neuf Chatel - Pure, creamy and luxurious taste similar to that of a Camembert - Normandy, France, Cows' Milk, Unpasteurised
