Montgomery Cheddar 200g – Montgomery's Cheddar is one of the few truly traditional, handmade, unpasteurised types of Cheddar produced by James Montgomery in Somerset, England. Deep, rich, nutty flavours. (England – cows’ milk – unpasteurised)
Isle of Avalon 200g - Gloriously sticky and pungent, Isle Of Avalon is one of those cheeses you just have to dig into. This soft cheese has a strong,meaty flavour that has been likened to smoked bacon. (England – cows’ milk – pasteurised)
Colston Bassett 200g - Regarded as one of the best traditionally made naturally crusted Stiltons in the country, known as the King of British Blues. This cheese is mature with good blueing and rich, deep, herbaceous flavours. (England – cows’ milk – pasteurised)
Waterloo 200g - Waterloo is a mild, semi-soft cheese made from Guernsey milk sourced from a farm near Henley. Made using washed curd method, which tempers the acidity and contributes to a soft, gentle, buttery flavour. (England - cows’ milk – unpasteurised – vegetarian)
