LEMONCELLO CURD

Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Lemon and homemade Lemoncello, deliciously decadent. Handmade in the English Lake District. This is a very refreshing lemon curd, slithers of lemon and a drizzle of Limoncello add a little texture and zing which enlivens the taste sensation. Excellent in cup cakes and makes a delicious sponge or tart filling.
