Delivery Information (Mainland UK)

  • All orders are packaged with frozen ice packs to preserve the cheeses temperatures.

Our delivery service

  • We send goods by overnight carrier to destinations on the GB mainland only.

  • We can deliver to your home or place of work, and to the home or work-place of your relatives, friends, colleagues or business associates.

  • We must have a complete post code and telephone number for every delivery address.

  • We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

  • Our delivery should arrive by 6pm. Please call us on 0208 810 0690, if your parcel has not arrived by 5pm, so that we can locate it.

  • Because our products are perishable, we must have an alternative delivery instruction for any private address, such as "leave in porch/on step/with a neighbour". This is particularly important if you are sending a surprise gift; but, even if you are planning to be in, circumstances do change.

  • We would like 48 hours’ notice of your order.  If you require it sooner, please telephone your order – 0208 810 0690 – rather than place it through the website.  Call us by 10.30am, if you require it for the following day.

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days subject to stock availability, and no longer than 5 working days.

  • You will be notified by email the day your order is shipped. Your order will be delivered the following day.

  • Our delivery times are for guidance and are not a guarantee. We cannot take responsibility for length of delivery time once an item is dispatched from us to our carrier.

  • If your order is a gift we will send it as quickly as possible and therefore, in the rare event of any specific cheese stock shortage we may substitute a cheese with a like for like replacement so as not to delay the shipment.

  • If you would like to delay delivery beyond 5 working days then choose an ideal delivery date in the box provided in the Checkout. We will ship the order the day before this date on a 24 hour courier service.

  • NB you cannot choose Saturday, Sunday or Monday delivery for an ASAP delivery.

Delivery Charge

  • We offer next day Express Service.

Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by telephone on 020 8810 0690 between 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.  As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • If we receive notice of your cancellation in time we will cancel the order and we will not debit your card.
