Born on the islands of Mauritius, our recipes have been handed down through family generations for over 100 years. All our craft sauces are lovingly hand made in small batches at our London production facility. Our chillies are fermented for at least 6 months before blended with unique flavours and fresh ingredients to give an unbeatable taste with just the right amount of heat.'

Banana & Scotch Bonnet

  • Heat Level: 3/10 - A little less heat from scotch bonnet chillies and used fresh coriander & limes to create the most balanced and versatile sauce. Fermented for 6 months, this sauce will appeal to those looking for a fruitier vibe.

Garlic & Scotch Bonnet

  • Heat Level: 5/10 - Calling all Garlic lovers! A perfect sidekick, this would accompany almost any dish, from BBQ food to scrambled eggs to pasta and pizza!

Lime & Coriander
