Peter's Yard Crispbread
These award-winning sourdough crispbreads are inspired by a love of Sweden, the home of crispbread. Simple, natural ingredients are selected including organic fresh milk, organic flour and the precious sourdough, which ferments for 16 hours before each batch is made. Baked until crisp and golden, they are the natural choice for cheese or pâté.

Seeded Wholegrain -Water, rye flour, wheat flour, sourdough (rye flour, water), wholewheat flour, sunflower seeds, whole buckwheat, oat groats, honey, poppy seeds, salt.
Charcoal & Rye - Milk, rye flour, wheat flour, sourdough (rye flour, water), wholemeal flour, honey, butter (milk), charcoal, sea salt.
Pink Peppercorn – Milk, spelt and rye flours, sourdough (rye flour, water), honey, pink peppercorns, sea salt.
Spelt & Fig – Milk, spelt and rye flours, fig, sourdough (rye flour, water), honey, salt.
