Cave Aged Cheddar Gorge (200g) – A cheddar cheese matured in the caves in Cheddar for 11 to 12 months. It is made with unpasteurised milk to retain the characteristics of the local pastures. Gold Medal winner of the British Cheese Awards 2009. (England - cows’ milk – vegetarian - unpasteurised)
Roquefort (200g) - A sheeps' milk cheese from the South of France. The cheese is white, tangy, crumbly and slightly moist, with distinctive veins of green mould. Salty, strong, silky and sweet. (France - sheeps' milk – unpasteurised)
Tunworth (250g) - Tunworth is similar to Camembert in it's style, texture and production but the taste is cleaner and smoother. Tunworth has a long-lasting nutty and sweet milky flavour with savouriness. (England - cows' milk - unpasteurised)
Ogleshield (200g) - Developed over the last ten years, Ogleshield is made using the beautifully rich milk from the Montgomery's herd of Jersey cows. The cheese is washed with a special brine every three days to achieve a slightly pungent moist rind which softens the cheese and gives it an extra depth of flavour. A superb Westcountry equivalent to Raclette, it cooks and melts brilliantly. (England - cows' milk – unpasteurised)
Toast for Cheese - A thin, light and crisp toast, with around 60% of the cracker composed of fruits, nuts and seeds making it fruity and nutty.
