Our Welsh cheese selection is what we think are some of the best Welsh cheeses (800g) with tasting notes. This selection is packaged in our Cheddar Deli bag or white carton with straw for protection. Other items can be added to complement your selection.
- Little Black Bomber – Creamy & smooth extra mature Cheddar loved for its depth of flavour. This cheese marries a delicious rich flavour with a smooth creaminess, lasting long on the palate but remaining demandingly moreish! Black Bomber has won awards at The Great British Cheese Awards, Nantwich International Cheese Awards and the World Cheese Awards (Wales – cow's milk – unpasteurised - vegetarian)
- Perl Wen - The sister cheese of Perl Las, Perl Wen is a beautifully creamy, brie like cheese. It has the fresh citrus but creamy flavour of Caerffili with an underlying hint of sea salt (Wales - cow's milk - pasteurised - vegetarian - organic)
- Perl Las - Meaning 'blue pearl' in Welsh, this is a salty, sweet blue cheese with a contrast of blue and cream colours. Strong but delicate, creamy with lovely lingering blue overtones (Wales – cow's milk – pasteurised - vegetarian - organic)
- Golden Cenarth - A soft, rind-washed cheese washed with cider, which helps to give it a pungent savoury flavour with nutty overtones, and a springy but smooth texture (Wales - cow's milk – pasteurised – vegetarian)
